Virtual Kripalu Yoga Classes

I will be holding Kripalu Yoga classes using Zoom Meeting

The meeting number remains the same for the classes. Password is not required when using the link. 

  I open the meeting 15 minutes before class 

so we can chat and catch up.  Please reach out to me if you need help

or have questions with the Zoom set up.

All of the on-line Kripalu yoga classes are pay what you can.

Suggested donation $60 for the month or $15 a class.
