Everyday stress can take a toll on the body.  Yoga can bring the body  back to a natural state of balance, providing relief for symptoms as  well as prevention of stress related conditions.  It is my passion to share this beautiful gift of yoga with others.

Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.

Join our group of wellness warriors as we practice non-judgmental compassionate awareness in a chair or on our mats.  No previous experience required.


Chair yoga is ideal for anyone who has ever hesitated to try yoga because of the challenge of getting down on the floor. Use of the chairs makes the poses safe and accessible to anyone regardless of their particular needs.


Kripalu yoga is a meditative practice that incorporates breathwork, and gentle yoga postures.  Learn to relax, center your mind and stretch the body from head to toe. Suitable for all levels

 If you are new to yoga or looking to release stress by moving slowly and mindfully, this class may be the perfect fit for you.  Hatha Yoga concentrates on the physical health and mental well-being. Using yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation will strengthen, stretch the body and develop a peaceful mind. A yoga mat, yoga strap and yoga blocks are required for this class.  Kripalu Yoga is an interplay of body, mind and energy.  This class explores various postures starting with warm ups, moving to standing and ending in relaxation.  Yoga Darshana is a beautiful yoga studio and supplies all mats and props needed.

This class begins with breathing and centering followed by gentle warm ups.  Classes explore various standing postures that we build on each week.  We end in restorative poses with essential oils and a relaxation meditation.  This class holds 9 people and you must register in advance.
